We finally received a sufficient enough amount of rainfall after 2 months of no rain. At first, we thought it would be like all the other times where the clouds look threatening, but amount to nothing. It seemed as if we lived in a bubble. The rain would be everywhere but here. Well, we were wrong today! MJ thinks we probably received about 1 1/2 inch of rain today. In the second picture it was only sprinkling, but in the first picture it poured! This probably lasted about 30 minutes. Now I am off watering duty for a couple of days! Whoo Hoo!!
P.S. In case you were wondering, yes we get excited about rain! Wouldn't you if you hardly had any????
